Best reports were recommended for publication in the form of papers in the reviewed magazines entering the bulletin of VAK and Web of Science, Scopus and RISC.
The VIII International conference on photonics and information optics carried on traditions of the previous forums since 2000. Number of reports, as well as number of the participating organizations and countries, is increasing every year. Conference speeches of well-known scientists from foreign universities contribute to the development of international relations and improve the efficiency of scientific researches. This is especially important for students, graduate students and young researchers and will contribute to improvement of the level of knowledge and quality of education of the specialists in this industry.
