The XV International conference on photonics and information optics was carried in January 28-30, 2026 in Moscow. In total there were reports from 162 organizations, from them from 66 higher education institutes, 31 institutes of the RAS, 16 scientific research institutes, 20 scientific productions organizations from Russia, 19 organizations from the CIS and 10 organizations from China, United Arab Emirates, Vietnam, and so France, Australia, Israel.
The conference included 12 meetings in total: 2 plenary sessions and 10 section meetings, also 4 poster sessions were held, in addition the materials of the reports included in the conference program were discussed on a specially created platform on the web. Languages of conference – Russian and English. Many reports at the conference were presented by students, graduate students and young researchers, they made more than half of all reports. Among the speakers were students and postgraduates studying at Russian universities who came from the CIS countries and other. The proceedings of conference were published. They will be indexed in the RSCI and electronically posted on the conference website on the conference website – http://fioconf.mephi.ru.
The conference participants noted the high scientific level of the presented reports and the good organization of the conference. The conference also aroused the interest of a significant number of organizations involved in the production and supply of equipment for experiments. At the conference, representatives of these organizations presented samples of their products and familiarized the conference participants with booklets and catalogs.
The XV International conference on photonics and information optics continued the tradition of previous forums and once again confirmed the relevance and practical significance of research in this field of science and technology. Participation in the conference of both leader scientists and young researchers allows us to conclude that such forums will contribute to a comprehensive increase in the level of knowledge and quality of training of specialists in this industry.
