If you want to visit the conference as listener, you should send your personal data (full name, position, organization) to e-mail address holo@pico.mephi.ru or holo_mephi@mail.ru before 2016 January, 30 (for Russian citizens). For citizens of other countries it is also required to send scan of passport page with photography and its number before 2016, January 20 for including in NRNU MEPhI pass list.
